Depends really, if you don't have much sun then yea I'd probably do like 2/3 a week but with me I'm on mt2 and I'm maintaining tan with ease

@BBA_Mia Sorry to bother you again. Do you know the dosages of GHK-CU aswell? I started on 1mg and now I’m up to 1.5mg. Not sure whats the limit and recommended?
