Anyone who can advise me for dosing tirz? Had a gastric sleeve years ago, so only need it for extreme foodnoise. Want to start slowly. Is 0,5mg a week too slow?

2ng will kill your appetite it's brilliant but if you want to start slow then go 0.5mg
Hard to find out with a gastric sleeve it either hits hard enough or doesn’t depends on many things also your blood glucose will be very different
