With the risk of sounding clueless ..is hgh any benefit if you are looking for weight loss or is it more about building muscle/size?
I know there are the GLP's available for weight loss but is there anything to add that works well alongside these to try and get a better result?

Yes there is a benefit for fat loss aswell, generally the more the better even for that effect
