You take GH daily. You don't skip days, or have off-days. What's more important is WHEN during the day your administering GH. But taking days off offers zero upside, efficacy/results wise.
I have done before when doing 5 iu and had 10 iu vials was just easier doing 10 eod
Don’t really see the point in AM in general unless you get issues taking it at night
