OP
Can someone help me with this? I’ve been on 2.5 mg of tirzepatide per injection for only one month, and I’m now considering switching to retatrutide. What dose of retatrutide would be appropriate to start with? I was thinking 2 mg—would that be a reasonable starting dose?

Might suppress appetite less but adjust along the way

Okay, thanks. But starting straight off with 2.5 would be too much, right?

Most likely not it’s mini doses

Okay, yeah, I just don't know how to compare it to Tirz. I'm wondering whether I can assume the same dosage in milligrams or if it's better to take a bit less than with Tirz.

Did anyone use KLOW after bone surgery? Do you think a 5:1:1:1 ratio is a good balance?

Do not use KLOW. Use BPC/TB blend or use each compound separately. Reason is, after surgery you'll require a higher dose to reach full efficacy and you can't do that smartly with KLOW.

Also a question regarding the blend. TB-500 is usually recommended twice a week, while BPC-157 is usually taken twice a day. Does anyone have experience with a protocol for combining the two?

Wolverine is fine. It works. Using those separately = better. Just a few more bucks to do it. For best results, use separately. Lots of versatility but Wolverine is fine. KLOW, IMO, is a flawed blend.

Why is it better to use them separately, apart from the dosing?

Because optimal dosing is different with them.

If you’re buying at wholesale price it doesn’t matter at all. Their half lives are different but you can dose both of them daily. You just can’t modify individual doses with blends.

You have to think that there is also the glucagon and you also need to start slowly with it :)
