Its 100% dependant on you, bro. There's no "table" or "schedule" out there that works for everyone.
Continue to titrate up, as much or as quickly as you can tolerate sides, and as much as you can afford 😉💸

hi mate,u dont really need a month for upping that. u can just make 1 week to 4 iu and than up to 6. u also need to look for sides.
6iu is also a moderate level. pls dont look at number,look up to ur feeling,sides and ur body.

i was on 4iu for the last 4 months,than i decide with my coach to upping for 6iu. its a big different for just 2 line more. u gonna be more „fulled“ to 100%.
