I'm now using a insulin pen and idk why but that works better for me than glutathione and nad

i dont know how people do 7.5ml for 1500mgs of gluta, thats way too much imo

what helps is just leaving the gluta in room temp for like 30 mins

Yeah i think 3x a week is defo the best. Do you just add 3mls if you have 1200mgs?. Wondering if 400 will cause too much swelling. Ill leave mine out for 30 mins and see if thar does helo
