Guys, have faith in BBA. If they were trying to hide or dance around real product issues, we wouldn’t have this group to communicate with. Right? Makes no sense. Would it be nice for them to test prior? Of course. I have shared this prior. But even so, it’s not a bad idea to test on our own as well and things can happen along the way with lyophilized powder during long transits. BBA is in business because they sell good product. They aren’t perfect. No supplier is. Some more than others, sure. But it’s not an exact science. Personally, I have worked with 7 suppliers and everyone does things differently.
