If you Google/Chat it you'll see it's all the operations that happen between the lab shipping your package and your mailbox ( multiple packagings, multiple countries). It's a grey area so there's no need (nor will) to clarify, the point is to have packages arriving despite a ... "grey" environment. hence the grey market

For BBA to get any advantage in the market they had to offer something others didn’t, they probably just chose to undercut price slightly The profit margins are crazy high in china
