But bac water is ok, if it's all you have it just CAN irritate your nose if it's sensitive and not everyone is
you can never just make a peptide into a nasal, youll need many different extra things
Ive been using Selank for a while now and ive noticed subtle improvements, especially at work. I am more interactive in meetings, not as afraid to speak to groups and my speaking is noticably clearer and not stumbling over my words. Def less social anxiety
