Where i am from its pretty hard to get it

in europe you can't

you have to be diagnosed

arabs have it even worse probably

Tell them you have trouble concentrating. You have poor impulse control, can't commit to anything once novelty wears off. You're late a lot. Insomnia. Hard to get yourself to do basic things like taking care of yourself. Chronic masturbation, impulsive eating, doing multiple things at once to feel calm

They'll ask for historical records and have your friends and family take a survey about you. That part you can't fake

The survey is surprisingly revealing how people you think are close to you know so very little of you
