Honestly, from experience, your best bet is to just recall over and over again and sleep as good as possible. Have you tried "teaching" the content? That got me through my program and exams

Yeah I do a good bit of active recall in fairness. Cards and then blurting as well. I’m not going to nootropics because my grades are ass. I just want to make them better than they already are if you get me
