Hey guys

I have modafinil 200mg strips and armodafinil 150mg strips

How do you guys dose during the week

To make sure it’s effective as possible and doesn’t fuck uo your tolerance

What’s the max days a week? And how spread apart ?

Any help?

If you haven't used any stims before you should start of calm with half a armoda (75mg), it's enough that you'll definitely feel something but not enough to totally ruin you if you react badly. Then later you can kinda play around with the dose an add caffein and such over the counter stuff depending on how you react. I wouldn't recommend going for more that a tab a day for the love of your sleep schedule alone but do as you please. (I've got no experience w/ modafinil but I expect that taking it alongside armoda does nothing in the best case and could be really really annoying and unhealthy in the worst case)

And not overdoing it so that it doesn’t hit like it used to
