Yes. Its very good but the mechanisms behind are more nuanced then you'd think and its not for you if you're gonna doom scroll and goon all day, its especially worth it if you run neuro toxic compounds but on the 30 day "cycle" you're on make sure you induce good habits especially if you have adhd
I prefer it over noopept and dihexa. Stack it with armoda and some injectable pwo if i wanna get that “on cycle” feel without being on
