Anyone with experience with Selank and DSIP ? Tried both separate and tohgether.
DSIP makes my sleed worse most of the times, i hardly fall asleep after using it.
Selank is Hit or miss. 1 time i slept better with it, 1 time coudnt fall asleep a lot of time and once it was same as without it
