Go up 200 kcals every couple of weeks until I reach maintanance and lean bulk once stable on maintanance for a longer period

Provided there's not a timeline that you're working to, I would be much more reserved that 200cal per fortnight if I was exceeding a modest rate of gain

i probably should’ve included this in my message, but the reason i want to start off at lower dosage than average” is because i am a type 1 diabetic, so i dont want to completely go crazy off the start. i wanted to start off really low and get my body used to it and adjust with it slowly and figure it out before i take a higher dose. i researched and talked to people who took it as diabetics, but they all reacted differently and said different things about it. but i’d assume it’s safer for me to start off lower rather than higher. would you change anything you said now that you know im a t1d? as far as dosing i mean.
