Tbh I would titrate down anyways. Is what I did and worked wonders. During my cut I was at approx 4mg every 6days ( 2mg every 3 days). Titrated down and kept it in during my bulk for insulin sensitivity. But dropped it down to (.75mg every 3 days) so my receptors will be reset when I go back to cutting :)

You don't have to titrate down ofc, but it makes it just a whole lot easier to manage your hunger ( especially on EQ 😉)

Love growing then 2-3 weeks maintenance, then head in the cut. And then the other way around :p

This was my first time doing it with, I can only recommend it. Lot less cravings, better partitioning -> just less Spillover

haha exactly what i had last year. this year i wont fuck it up. will take a small bulking break next week over. getting my appetite reset, then keep bulking till half may. will probably only need a 6-8 weeks (moderate)cut at this pace :p

very doable ! get in a small kcal deficit food wise, hit 15K steps a day and do 3x bike cardio (~30min) or so a week. GG
