Ah yes. The clinical trials showing the clear efficacy of Tesa earns it 🗑️. Tesa has its place depending on goals, age, risk tolerance for IGF levels outside the reference range, and many more factors.

It isn’t if I don’t want to have my mTOR elevated all the time. It isn’t if I don’t want my IGF levels elevated all the time, and it isn’t if my reaction to HGH puts me outside the Zscore reference range for my age group. Money isn’t everything.

It matters for people that don’t want accelerated aging, acromegaly, and other shit. Again, it goes back to personalization and context dependency per person based on their goals, needs and risk tolerance

You know what also gives you accelerated growth and gives you sicknesses? Lack of sleep, guess what helps with sleep and recovery🤔

Ah yes, because using a secretagogue to push your pituitary to its max to secrete more gh is definitely not in anyway shape or form any more risk than exogenously adding gh instead!

It won’t put you in supraphysiological levels like Hgh can and does

It can dependent on dose. Just like gh can and does.
