Nowhere near how easily GH will accomplish it. And this is also dependent on other hormones when Hgh itself is involved.

Again, can adjust dose based off needs vs maxing out and redlining full throttle your pituitary

To make something very clear to the both of you. I’m an avid user of Hgh. What I am not is attached to a dogma that there is only one answer for the entire population.

I dont care if you are an advocate or not. The argument of secretagogues have their place is just stupid. In any gh deficient person they arent prescribing you a secretagogue. They are prescribing gh.

One is however, tried true and tested. Which is gh

So is something like Tesa. The data is there. Tested and still used in clinical settings today. To call it a stupid argument is unfortunate and unfounded

I haven’t and won’t call your argument stupid as there are many cases where Hgh makes a lot of sense

They’re literally prescribing it in GH deficit patients. (Tesa)

Clinical settings? As in your typical trt clinic/peptide clinic which is just a legal “dealer” sure. Doctors are not typically prescribing anybody gh deficient a secretagogue. They would give them gh. At most sermorelin is a possibility . Not any of the others

Endos are not. Urologists are not, primaries are not. Shady clinics sure

Probably a trial for the same reason as why they give gh to aids patients, for muscle wasting diseases etc

lipodystrophy, yea. It doesn’t push the patient into supraphysiologic levels. It’s for gh deficient patients with low pulsatiluty. It brings them back to normal range. Clinical trials to back it up and is still being given out today. Not by shady clinics, but doctors.
